Back Up ALL/Selective iPod Files to PC

Plug iPod into the PC.
Launch Media FX.
Click on the iPod device in the left pane.
Right Click and select Check All/ or just the files you want to copy to PC.
Save the files to the desired location.

Transfer Files to a New iPod

Launch MediaFX
Select files to transfer to the new iPod
Right Click or Click Transfer/Transfer to Ipod and choose the destination playlist

Create New Playlist

Select the iPod in the right panel
Right Click and choose create new playlist
Enter the Playlist details in the "Create Playlist" window

Record Music

Play the audio file you want to capture
Click Media Recorder button in the MediaFX interface
The Media Recorder window will show up
Click the"Record button" in the MediaFX window
Click "Stop Recording" when you are done
Click "Save" to save the file and store it to the desired location

Record Video

Click Media Recorder button in the MediaFX interface
-The Media Recorder window will show up
Click the "Video" button in the MediaFX window
Choose the type of capture you want to use "region" or "window"
For Window Option - drag and drop icon on the target window of the video you want to play
For "Region" select the region of the screen you want to capture
Play the video you want to capture
Click the Green Round Button on the Recording Window around the video screen. The green button turns to a red square.
Click the Red Button to stop recording when you are done.
Close the Recording Window around the video screen.
Click "Save" in the Media Recorder Window to save the file and store it to the desired location

Ringtone Clipper

Select the audio file you want to clip
Click the Ringtone Clipper button in the MediaFX interface
The Ringtone Clipper window will show up
Adjust left and write cursor to clip the desired portion of the song
Click "Save" to store the ringtone on your computer

Video Edit

Select the video file you want to clip
Click the Video Edit button in the MediaFX interface
The Video Editor window will show up
Adjust left cursor to set the starting point
Click "Play" button
Click "Stop" when you are done
Click "Save" to store the file on your computer

Phone Transfer

Select the audio or video file you want to transfer to the phon
Click the Phone Transfer button in the MediaFX interface
The Phone SetUp Wizard will show up
Choose your connection: USB cable or Bluetooth
Follow the steps to transfer the media file to cell phone
